Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Saturn Sports (S3 Inc., "we") collects on this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We wrote it in plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, email us at the contact address in the footer of this site.

The short version

• This site is for parents and guardians who are 18 or older.
• We ask for your email, and your answers to two short survey questions, so we can run the waitlist and understand what parents want.
• We never ask for a child's name, photo, or contact information.
• We don't sell your personal information.
• You can ask us to remove you from the list or delete your information at any time.

Who this site is for

The Saturn Smart Kids' E-Bike Helmet is a concept in development, and this site collects interest from adults. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist: your email address and your confirmation that you are 18 or older and a parent or guardian.

If you answer the survey: how you rank the helmet's smart features and how much you would pay for it.

Automatically: the referral code or campaign tags in the link you used to reach us, which version of the page you saw, and how you use the site (such as pages viewed, how far you scroll, and which features you try in the interactive helmet). Our service providers also process technical information like your IP address, browser, and device type to deliver the site, keep it secure, and estimate general location (city or region level).

How we use it

• To save your spot and give you a personal link to share.
• To email you about the waitlist and early access. You can opt out at any time.
• To understand demand, for example how many parents want each feature and what they would pay.
• To improve the site and measure which ads and links bring people here.
• To prevent spam, fraud, and abuse.

Who we share it with

Service providers that run parts of this site for us: website hosting, our database, email delivery, and product analytics. They may only use your information to provide their services to us.

Potential partners and investors may see aggregated, de-identified results, such as the share of parents who ranked Strap status first or the number of signups by region. We do not share your email address or your individual answers with them.

Legal reasons: we may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the rights and safety of our users and others.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising on other sites.

Cookies and similar technology

We use your browser's storage to remember that you joined (so you can find your link again) and which campaign brought you here. Our analytics provider uses cookies or similar storage to count visits and understand how the site is used. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, our analytics will not record your visit.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist information while the Saturn Smart Kids' E-Bike Helmet is in development and until early access ends, or until you ask us to delete it. After that we delete it or keep only de-identified totals.

Your choices and rights

• Leave the waitlist or stop emails at any time by emailing the contact address in the footer of this site.
• Ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you.
• Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will not treat you differently for using them.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, and access is limited to the people who need it. No method of storing or sending data is perfectly secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Big changes will be called out clearly.
