Terms of Use

These terms apply to this website, run by Saturn Sports (S3 Inc., "we"). By using the site or joining the waitlist, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Who can use this site

You must be 18 or older to join the waitlist or send us information. The waitlist is for parents and guardians.

The Saturn helmet is a concept

The Saturn Smart Kids' E-Bike Helmet is a concept in development. It is not available yet, and it may never become available in the form shown. Designs, features, specifications, timing, and pricing are not final and may change. Images and animations on this site are illustrations of the concept, not photos of a finished product.

Joining the waitlist is free. It is not a purchase, a reservation, or a contract for a future product, and it does not commit you or us to anything. If we offer early access or founding pricing later, we will share the details and terms at that time.

Sharing your link

When you join, you get a personal link to share. It lets us count how many parents joined through you. We may remove signups that look fake, automated, or abusive.

Not safety advice

Information on this site is general and describes a concept. It is not safety, medical, or legal advice. Always use a properly fitted helmet that meets the safety standards required where you ride, follow local e-bike laws, and supervise young riders.

Acceptable use

• Don't submit false information or someone else's email address.
• Don't try to break, overload, scrape, or interfere with the site.
• Don't use the site for anything unlawful.

Our content

The site, including the Saturn name, designs, text, and graphics, belongs to Saturn Sports. You may share links to the site, but please don't copy or reuse our content without permission.

Disclaimers and limits of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Saturn Sports is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
